I’m participating in the traveling library/world tour known as the Sketchbook Project that starts in the Brooklyn Art Library (April 14th-29th) and travels to 13 more cities around the country. That means you can go to a participating art space and see 30+ pages of my original art in a sketchbook. You can check it out and get your grubby fingerprints all over it. And I’ll get a phone text notification letting me know! Or you can just be a ‘lazy Daisy’ and click here.

Tour cities:
Brooklyn, Chicago, Portland (Oregon and Maine), Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Toronto, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Winter Park (Florida), Austin. For more details on Sketchbook Project locations, go here.

I was going to do “a” next and finish up the vowels, but I had to do this one.

Man, I can almost smell it…

A work in progress.

Not only will this be in watercolor, but eventually it will be one of 26 pieces. I wanted to do the vowels first, the letter “e” in particular because it appears the most in written language (and almost always the first vowel bought in “Wheel of Fortune”).
